[Regarding the return of church property by court which had been confiscated over legal issues related to plural marriage:] I feel to thank the Lord with all my heart that He has moved on Congress to restore this property as getting it will take a great load off the minds of Prests Woodruff, Cannon and Smith. There has been a wonderful change in public opinion in favor of our people and I feel that we should thank the Lord for this change.
