The brethren discussed the present status of our affairs, the payment of tithing, to refrain from instructing the members to enter into plural marriage and matters pertaining to the work of the officers in the Stakes, the amounts allotted to them and the better observance of the fast offerings etc. These matters were freely discussed after which the council adjourned.
