[Heber J. Grant]

Prest Woodruff arose and referred to our people taking the oath of office and for the purpose of voting. Said they had not done wrong in doing so. It was no renunciation of our faith by taking the oath. Some people thought we were going to give up plural marriage and that our efforts for Statehood were all right and that we were not going to go back on any principle of the gospel.

He said 'We are not going to stop the practice of plural marriage until the Coming of the Son of Man.'
