130 years ago today - Jul 17, 1893 (Monday)
The Utah Commission, in accordance with Pres. Harrison's amnesty proclamation, ruled that former polygamists, who, since Nov. 1, 1890, had not broken the Edmunds law, were entitled to vote at elections.
