180 years ago today - Mar 16, 1845

This day the Twelve held a meeting in the grove and made a special call on the brethren to come forward and work on the Temple, in order to rush it forward as fast as possible. A very good feeling was exhibited by the bretheren and as an evidence of their desires to obey counsel and fulfil the commandments of on the following morning there were 105 extra laborers and about 30 teams came to work, and the business looks quite brisk and cheering.
