[Marion G. Romney]
From 5:00 to 6:30, was in a conference with President Clark, Harold B. Lee, Joseph L. Wirthlin, Joseph Anderson, in regard to shipping foodstuffs to Europe in bulk. The Catholic people are about to start a radio campaign for donations of canned goods to be shipped to Europe. This is going to be followed by some of the Protestant churches. We think we ought to move forward with our shipments if possible.
