Consideration was given to the recent pamphlet issued by Musser and Broadbent amplifying one issued a few months ago. The pamphlet directly endorsed polygamy and recommended that people practice it. As this is a criminal offense, it was suggested that proper evidence be obtained and submitted to the post office authorities.
