Apostle Heber C. Kimball preached: "Some think we shall be driven from Nauvoo; but we are going to stay in Nauvoo and we shall build it up...I have told our Bishops, and will again say here, that not many years will pass away before there will be more than one hundred and fifty thousand Bishops to attend to the temporal affairs of the church." On 7 Apr, Nauvoo Neighbor published these prophecies.
