Several curious tidbits that happened on this day in Mormon History
145 years ago today - Mar 6, 1877
Brigham Young says, "When I die I want to be quietly laid away without any demonstration and then I want Every body to go about their business." Young dies six months later. His body lays in state at the Salt Lake Tabernacle and over 18,000 people pass by his casket. At his funeral a 220-voice choir sings.
