  1. 1881: This entry sounds like it was taken originally from either the Deseret News or the Ogden newspaper (Herald?). Sep.7 was a Wednesday, while Sep.4 would have been a Sunday for that year. I wonder how long the game lasted? Can you imagine what that phone bill would be in today's dollars?!
