[Heber J. Grant] ... The rites and ceremonies performed in the temples are sacred, not secret, and are not open to the public[,] no more than are those which are performed in the Masonic temples. There is no place in the temple that a faithful, worthy Latter-day Saint cannot go, nor is any ordinance administered therein that a worthy Latter-day Saint cannot receive.

  2. In The Church of Jesus Christ (WHQ: Monongahela, Pennsylvania), the ONLY true succession of the restored gospel, ALL sacred ordinances in our meetinghouses can be observed or witnessed by anyone who sincerely desires to do so, as per Jesus' instructions noted above.
