70 years ago today - Mar 12, 1942

[General] First Presidency letter bans foreign-language meetings in United States. Directed particularly at German-speaking Mormons, this restriction ends thirty years later as conversion and immigration bring to U.S. congregations thousands of Europeans, Latin-Americans, and Asians who speak little or no English.

  1. Do you have any information on who posted all the great historical information at the source link noted above [DMQ?]. He or she did a great job. I am led to believe that most of the info comes from the 2 books pictured on that page?
