One of the few revelations in the D&C (e.g., D&C 87) that Joseph Smith received that was from the Lord and they were meant for certain people only.
ReplyDeleteDavid Whitmer stated that these were the few ones given thru the Urim and Thummim prior to Mar.1830.
ReplyDeleteSpecifically D&C sections 2-18 only, the revelations given thru the end of June 1829.
ReplyDeleteAlso, one needs to read these sections in the Book of Commandments (secs.2 thru 15) because they have been altered and changed and corrupted in the D&C. Finally, D&C 2 is a completely bogus and false revelation, so comment #3 should be D&C 3-18.
