[Patriarchal Blessings] .... The Lord hath given his Angels charge concerning thee, they will deliver thee from all dangers, although thousands may fall on thy right hand and on thy left - therefore fear not, for thou have faith to waft thy self through the air, rebuke the raging sea, and warring elements shall obey thy voice, and no power on earth shall stay thy hand. Thou shalt return to Zion when thou hast finished thy mission with an exceeding multitude bringing their riches of gold and precious things in abundance, and have an inheritance among thy brethren, and shall dwell in peace. Thou shalt have a numerous posterity and this blessing and priesthood shall be perpetuated to them through all their generation, so that one of thy sons shall choose a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight. Thou shalt have power to save all thy dear friends, clear back to Able, there shall not be a link broken in the chain, and thy desires concerning the living ones according to the desire of thy heart shall thy days be even to see the fulfillment of all the prophets have spoken concerning Zion since the worlds began, and shall be satisfied with the riches of the earth, the riches of Eternity shall not be withheld from thee....
