Presidt Young spoke 46 Minuts. He said when any man was Called at the Head of a New Dispensation his Blood was shed to seal his Testimony. Then his Testament was in force the same as with Jesus on the Cross Joseph Smith in Carthage Jail, his Testiment has been more in force since his death than before.

Speaking of the NEW testament (same as the new covenant), the sub-title of the LDS BOM is a major doctrinal error. The BOM is another TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ per 2 Nephi 29:8.
ReplyDeleteThe BOM peoples A.D. were under the same new covenant or new testament as the Book of Acts people.
new testament = new covenant = the new law of the gospel of Jesus Christ
old testament = old covenant = the old law of various animal,bird sacrifices,etc. given by the Lord to Moses.
"testimony" is a totally different word and has a totally different meaning than "testament".
