W. Richards sent fore me to Lay hands on his wife. She appeared as though she was diing. At about 10 in the Morning I went thare again to clothe and pray for hur again. Present G. A. Smith, Levi Richards, John Smith, J. Tailor. We praied after the Holy Order and annointed her. She died in about half an hour after, this was in the fore part of the day.
