[Spencer W. Kimball]
[Regarding his tour of the Intermountain Indian School in Brigham City, Utah:] It is an extravagant plant. It makes my heart heavy to see so much money spent so lavishly upon so few when there are so many Indian children who need training. It is my conviction that the millions could be distributed so much more equitably and spread farther through a program of Government subsidy to the State Schools who would educate all the Indian children in public schools.
