George F. Richards'Functioning as patriarch. Wishes to be relieved. Said yesterday that he an Apostle "did not wish intend to play second fiddle to a patriarch." I told him he was still an Acting Patriarch until Joseph was ordained and set apart. He came in today and apologized for the statement.
