185 years ago today - Jun 9, 1830

The first church conference is held with twelve officers called "apostles" by common appellation in their elders certificates and elsewhere. Eleven are among the special witnesses to the Book of Mormon in 1829. At the conference Joseph Smith performs the church's first miracle by casting the devil out of Newel Knight who afterward sees a vision of the Father and Son. This month Satan also appears to Smith as "an angel of light" and is exposed by the Archangel Michael, and Smith dictates a revelation on the "vision of Moses" which describes a visionary deception by Satan anciently.

JS + the 3 witnesses + the 8 witnesses were the real 12 apostles and the 10 others of this 12 should have been ordained by JS and OC in June 1829!

JS and OC were ordained as Q12 apostles under the hands of the Angel Moroni on Fri. May 15,1829 along the banks of the Susquehanna river in present day Oakland, Pennsylvania (Harmony back then).

The Church of Jesus Christ (WHQ: Monongahela, Pennsylvania), the true succession of the restored gospel, maintains the same purity of doctrine and power and gifts of the Holy Ghost as written in the KJV Bible and the Book of Mormon together only, as was evidenced in TCOJC from May 15,1829 to Apr.6,1830, before the introduction of false doctrine and false revelations BEGAN to occur on this day 185 years ago.

JS and OC were ordained to no other Priesthood. The John the Baptist and Peter, James, and John stories were fairy tales, i.e., complete fabrications, i.e., outright lies, later introduced by JS and continued by the fallen apostle BY as JS gradually introduced more & more of his "damnable heresies." per 2nd Peter 2:1, which brought "swift destruction" to himself (his body only - his soul went to the Paradise of God) at Carthage,Ill.on Jun.27,1844.

The one and only priesthood after the order of the Son of God (aka, often called the Melchizedek priesthood), not after the order of the daughter of God.
