The following is a report of the regular meeting of the First Presidency and the Council of Twelve Apostles held this morning at the Temple at 10:30:
... Brother Talmage reported that the committee of which he is a member was engaged reading five chapters of the work on Mormonism which is being written for publication by Mr. J[ames]. E. Homans, and that the committee believed it was one of the strongest things ever written in favor of our people by an outsider. ......
