In The Church of Jesus Christ [WHQ: Monongahela, PA], we do this after the new convert returns back from the baptismal site (ocean, lake, river, creek, pond, ONLY), with the congregation to the bldg sanctuary. The convert & baptizing minister change clothes back at the church meetinghouse in the appropriate restroom. The convert or converts are then given sacrament (bread and WINE) after confirmation (laying-on of-hands for reception of the Holy Ghost) in the bldg. sanctuary.
