Pres[ident] Jos[eph]. F. Smith arose and blessed the brethren 'May peace bu unto you, may the Holy Ghost never forsake you, may you be true & faithful; & come up on the morning of the first resurrection with your wives, children & your children's children to reign among the Gods.' The Circle formed today was the largest ever formed in this dispensation. He said the sins of the brethren were forgiven them, they would remember this day and that they were one of the 115 privileged and blessed.
