An item from the minutes of the Council, dated March 15th, 1906, was read, going to show that a decision was reached at that meeting to erect a headstone at the grave of the late Martin Harris, who died and was buried at Clarkston, Cache County [Utah].
On motion of Pres[iden]t. Lyman, it was decided to recommend that this action be carried out under the direction of the Presidency. ...
