SALT LAKE TRIBUNE reports that LDS missionary-couples in Nauvoo, Illinois have worked "for 88 consecutive hours without sleep" to help protect historical properties of RLDS church in Nauvoo from rampaging Mississippi River.

    DMQ, MH:EP, p.891. Their efforts were indeed above and beyond the call of duty (heroic) and we should all at least like to know their names.

    But first someone should verify the 88 hr. claim - that is almost 4 full days!
