[Same-Sex Marriage] Apostle Boyd K. Packer gives an address at a meeting of the All-Church Coordinating Council and refers to homosexuality as one of the three major social problems that represent a danger to members.
[Source: Crapo, Richley, Chronology Of Mormon / LDS Involvement In Same-Sex Marriage Politics http://www.mormonsocialscience.org/?q=node/59]
DMQ, MH:EP, p.890 gives the date for this address as May 18th.
ReplyDeleteThis source also states that the other 2 "major social problems" or "major threats" are "the feminist movement", and "the so-called scholars or intellectuals."
I think Crapo got the date incorrect. Watch for an update on the 18th
