Several curious tidbits that happened on this day in Mormon History
125 years ago today - Sep 6, 1888 (Thursday)
Elders Andrew Jenson, Edward Stevenson and Joseph S. Black left Salt Lake City for the East, to visit the "waste places of Zion," in the interest of Church history.
Today, the real "waste places of Zion" are all the mega-million dollar LDS fairy palaces (aka, false temples) that blight North, Central, and South America - a most criminal and extravagent waste of money in the annals of religious history. Robbing the poor.
"For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her WASTE PLACES; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord. Joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving and the voice of melody." (2 Nephi 8:3; Isaiah 51:3)
