Joseph Smith claimed to receive two divine revelations. The first instructed the Mormons in Jackson county that the planned Independence Temple was to be "built speedily" and that, by their carrying out these instructions, "Zion... shall prosper and spread herself and become very glorious..." The second revelation commanded the Saints in Kirtland to "commence a work of laying out and preparing... the City of the stake of Zion..."

ReplyDeleteThe days of temple building have been over for almost 2000 years (since 30 A.D. with the resurrection of Jesus Christ) "The Most High God dwelleth not in temples made with hands" (Acts 7:48; Acts 17:24). No temple is going to be built in Jackson County, Missouri on the temple lot or anywhere else. And it goes without saying that LDS temples are an abomination in His (the Most High God's) sight.
Especially ugly and an eyesore on the land is the dairy queen monstrosity of the Community of (Anti)Christ (formerly RLDS church).
